Situated on the University’s Sidgwick Site, only a few minutes’ walk west of the famous Cambridge Backs and King’s College, West Road Concert Hall is easily accessible on foot, by bike, on public transport, or by car.

From Cambridge station you can catch the Universal/Route U bus to the University Library stop on West Road approximately 50 metres from the conference venue. You can check the bus timetable in advance and use this interactive map to see live bus times.

West Road Concert Hall is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the railway station.

Conference Fees

If your registration is made after 14 days prior to the event, we cannot guarantee that your requirements will be catered for appropriately. Please note that there may also be a delay to your check in on arrival

If you require an invoice please contact academia.bbmuk@bbraun.com. Aesculap Academia can invoice a hospital trust directly for your registration fee. All required information must be provided at point of request, including a PO number. We will only accept invoice requests 6 weeks ahead of the event (deadline date Monday 3^rd June). After this time, we request that the fee is paid upfront at time of registration either by the participant personally, or by the hospital trust/departmental credit card. Changes to existing invoice requests could delay registration ahead of the event. We strongly recommend that invoices are requested at least 8 weeks ahead of the event to secure your place.
